5 Tips For Property Investing In 2019

2019 is set to go down as a year to remember.

It will be the year most Australian investors sit on the sidelines, waiting for the TV and newspapers to tell them things look good again.

It will be the year prices in Sydney, Melbourne and Darwin continued to decline.

2019 will also be remembered as the year smart investors began to look at markets like Brisbane again.

It can be easy to listen to the media, the baker, or even your hairdresser talk about how scary the property market feels right now.

But those on the inside know money is beginning to move around the banks again, APRA is getting pressure to relax their lending criteria and an election will have no long term effect on the market.

As an investor who likes to do the complete opposite of what the herd is doing, 2019 is set to be a big year.
