When Andrew reached out to our business, he already owned 2 investment properties in Sydney and 1 investment property on the Sunshine Coast.

Andrew was looking to tweak his strategy.

He wanted to start targeting properties with both long term potential AND strong cash flow.

Over a couple of years, we helped Andrew buy a home within 12km of Brisbane CBD, which he converted into a dual income property, and built a brand new dual income, cash flow positive investment.

These two properties now rent for well over $1200 a week and cover the costs of his other negatively geared properties in Sydney.
