Australian Real Estate Predictions For 2023 | The #PumpedOnProperty Show
House prices to decline by 20%. House prices to rise by 10%. CONFUSED YET? You should be. The media and the banks want you to be. It seems that every man and his dog have an opinion about the Australian real estate market and their predictions for 2023. In this video we look at what the Reserve Bank of Australia, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Core Logic, SQM Research, Herron Todd White, Simon Pressley and Phil Anderson have to say about what’s coming next. Please take all of their thoughts, and data and predictions with a grain of salt, at the end of the day no one knows what’s coming next. Personally I like to buy quality property for a discount so I expect 2023 to be an exciting year for investors like me looking to hold the property long term.
