Boutique Development Sites In Quality Locations

Buying house and land packages, in brand new suburbs, in the middle of nowhere is something we completely avoid. 

We prefer to focus on premium suburbs, with no vacant land, close to the city or walking distance to the beach. 

Every now and then, a private developer will approach us with a boutique development opportunity which represents value and aligns with our thoughts on investing.

This could be a large block of land, in a great suburb, that has been cut into a number of smaller lots.  

In this video, we look at an off-market development site that was recently bought to our attention and discuss the developers plans for the site.
