How Berwin Bought 2 Properties & Set Up Financial Freedom Whilst Living Remotely


Berwins day starts differently than most of the guys in his camp. He’s up at 4:30 am watching the sun come up, stretching, training or practising Yoga.

While Berwin has lived the FIFO lifestyle for most of the last 12 years, he has created his own culture and lived a life on his own terms.

He has also spent his time off traveling the world and enjoying his home town of Byron Bay.

Berwin has used the extra cash hes been making in his FIFO job to invest in property and over the last 12 months completely set up his future.

Berwin’s plan is simple (although it took him years to build up the confidence to make it happen):

  1.  Buy two houses
  2. Build a granny flat in the back yard of of each the He’s
  3. Pay the two houses and two granny flats off
  4. Have a passive income for life
  5. Sounds simple right?
