After reviewing the data there are going to be some winners and losers in 2022.
When you start to look at the Brisbane market objectively you find there are actually 5 separate real estate markets in Brisbane that each run on their own cycle.
There are 2 markets that I believe are valued correctly and 3 markets that are still deeply undervalued in 2022, in fact, they are undervalued by as much as 50-70% according to Phil Anderson.
