Living With Anxiety
I was sitting around a campfire at a friend’s house a few years ago, when I realized I’d completely lost the plot.
I’d lost my passion, energy and focus in life.
After 8 years of pushing and chasing goal after goal, I was exhausted.
2 years, some incredible books, a good psychologist, some life-changing podcasts and an amazing wife later, I can honestly say I’ve never felt better.
I now live my values on a daily basis. I look after my mind and my body and I have built some tools which help when I’m feeling overwhelmed.
I think we all feel stress and anxiety at different times of our lives.
I’m clearly not a psychologist, but I still wanted to share with you the things that have helped me on my crazy ride.

I feel bad for your anxiety, I know how it feel cause my sister have an anxiety as well and it feel so bad for her hope you can go through it.
