There are so many ways to become financially free through property investing.
Let’s break down a short term growth strategy that is in front of us right now.
The idea is:
– Buy the worst house on the best street in a blue-chip suburb.
– Knockdown and rebuild or renovate the household for a period of time.
– Sell at the top of the cycle for a profit.
This type of strategy is not for the faint-hearted.
My plan is to do this a few times during the second half of the property cycle to help reduce debt on my high cash flow properties.
