The Last Market Update For 2020

What a year it has been (how many times have you heard something along those lines this year, haha).

We’ve seen the biggest financial institutions in Australia backflip on their forecasts, multiple times.

We’ve seen increases in the majority of Australian capital cities.

We’ve seen vacancy rates go through the roof and come right back down to a point where some markets are at 0% vacancy.

We’ve seen historic low interest rates. We’ve seen a mid-cycle slowdown in full-swing.

Today, Simon and I provide you with our final wrap of the Australian housing market in 2020.
