There are two types of people. 

You already know them both, because you are them both in different areas of your life.

You might be all in when it comes to your relationship, your kids or your fitness, but sit on the sidelines at work or when it comes to investing.

Alternatively, you might be smashing it financially, but you have no life outside the office.

I’ve been in both positions. 

While great investors are not always one or the other, life favours those who move out of their comfort zone.

The problem with playing it safe financially is that you will end up working for longer than you need to and live a life that you didn’t design.

Having a crack doesn’t mean taking on massive risk or debt. But it does mean getting educated and making strategic decisions at the right time.
