Tips When Inspecting A Property
When I inspected my second investment property on the Central Coast of NSW I took a blank piece of paper and a pen.
The problem was I also inspected 6 other properties and by the end of the day, I’d completely forgotten which property was which.
Over the last 10 years, as I have learned more, I have built myself and my clients an app that produces an automatic report after I inspect each property, complete with photos and a detailed checklist.
In today’s video, we walk you through my process so you don’t make the same mistakes I did when I was just starting out.
