Un-Renovated Vs Tenant Ready Property


There are positives and negatives to buying an un-renovated property.

Un-renovated properties are cheaper and have the opportunity to add value. On the other hand, they require more maintenance, attract lower quality tenants and rent for less.

Tenant ready properties are normally more expensive, but they attract better quality tenants and higher rent returns.

The question really comes down to:

1. Do you want to get your hands dirty?
2. Do you want to make your life easy?
