The last 3 years has been a crazy ride.
I like the person I am today so much more than I did 3 years ago.
Even though some days it still feels like my skin is crawling, I’m learning to live with, accept and manage my anxiety.
No matter how you’re feeling today, things can be better. If you need help then please reach out to your GP and ask them for a referral to someone who can help. Simply asking for help was the first step to changing my life.
