Simon bought this property for his 1st investment back in 2018/19.
The strategy Simon implemented was a very unique strategy.
He wanted to buy the worst house on the best street and convert it into the best house on the best street.
Years have gone by now and the local council has now changed the town plan and Simon may be able to develop this block in the not-to-distant future.
This strategy reminds us that the power is in the land, not what’s on top of it.
