There is a bit of fear in the Australian property market at the moment, which is warranted.
We are coming off one of the most incredible years in real estate history. We also have a market where interest rates are about to rise.
While an interest rate rise will certainly affect short term sentiment and prices, it’s important to look at the bigger picture, which is why in this video I look back at previous real estate cycles, in particular the years between 1984 and 1990, along with 2000 and 2007.
