Alex reached out to our business in August of 2019. At the time he wasn’t sure if it was the right time to buy, he didn’t have a team of advisors, he didn’t have a plan and he was unsure if he should buy close to home or in Brisbane.
Over the last 6 weeks, Alex has stood his ground, which is so hard to do as an investor, and confronted his fear one day at a time.
Today Alex built the confidence to place an offer on an off-market piece of land close to Brisbane’s CBD. Comparable sales show that he picked it up for $20,000 to $30,000 below market value.
Alex plans to build a 4 bedroom home with a 2-bedroom granny flat, which will rent out for over $700 a week.
At 25 Alex has bought his first property using timing. He has also bought a property with long term potential for growth, strong cash flow, and massive tax depreciation benefits.
Alex is currently an actor and a state manager for a not-for-profit company.
