Over the last 12 years, I’ve personally bought and sold 17 properties, building a property portfolio that will set myself and my family up for life. As an investor I’ve bought high quality homes, managed renovations, knocked down and rebuilt properties, completed sub-divisions, built granny flats and created Airbnbs.

During your second strategy session call we discuss your personal and property investment goals. We will also educate you on the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast property markets so you can decide on the suburbs you would like to target.

In your next call we look deeply into the suburbs you have selected. You’ll walk away from this call feeling educated, excited and ready to start looking at potential investment property.

Each week we will call and educate you on another piece of the property market and buying process. We will also review properties (both on and off market) that meet your goals.

Once we find a quality investment property that aligns with your goals, we will send you an email and arrange a call to discuss the property. You can sleep easy knowing the decision (to buy or not buy) is 100% yours.

QLD is critically undersupplied from a rental perspective, which is causing rents to rise sharply. CBA & SQM.
The upward pressure on house prices in Australia stems from the big imbalance between the supply of new homes and the growth in Australia’s population. CBA.
New housing supply in QLD is not keeping up with demand. QLD needs to supply 40,000 or more new dwellings per annum just to meet South East QLD demand. API.
Over the last 2 years, more than 600,000 new migrants arrived in Australia. The Australian Government expects another 500,000 to 600,000 new migrants to arrive in Australia over the next 2 years. API.
