Great group of people who know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. I have used the services of POP twice and have kept in touch ever since.
Recently got both properties re-valued and can confirm the average capital growth per annum (with no extra work done) has averaged out to be 7.34% across both properties since 2016 & 2017.
All of this while the media tells you that Brisbane has done 0% or +/- 0.2% growth in the last quarter or the last year. Ignore the noise and make a decision, or keep making excuses - up to you!

I just recently began my journey with PoP and I've been truly blown away by how sincere, honest and good value they were. They started with helping me define my own strategy before drilling down to the core data which aligned with my cashflow and growth goals for IP 1. We then decided on a number of suburbs for further investigation, where they gave me anywhere from 0-5 individualised property reports per week that fit my goals. We placed an offer on one property which eventually got sold at a higher price, however we agreed that at the eventual sale price, the property did not stack up. We then placed an offer on a second property which, after a bit of negotiation we were able to secure $5k under my optimal price point with a few good conditional terms. Adam then ran ALL the due diligence checks, organised all my conveyancing, building and pests, town planning report (I'm going the Granny Flat route), final pre-settlement inspection and an introduction to a property manager. He thought of and acted on things that I would never have even considered which was just another reason why I see value in a BA. Adam then remained in contact right through to settlement where he and Simon helped me liaise with the builder, discuss site plans and begin the GF process. Finally I met with Ben on a third strategy session where we discussed the property, my future and next investment steps. Throughout the process I built a strong relationship with all three of the boys from PoP and they're all more than happy to remain in contact from now on which I really value. All in all, great experience. They're honest and transparent, and the fixed fee is 100% worth its weight in gold as I feel like I've already made that fee back 2x over. Thanks guys!
