Tips For Landlords In The Current Market

https://youtu.be/bB4clS5ZzAk

If you're a landlord right now, there are a few things you can do to make sure you come out the other side of this crazy time:

1. Double-check your insurance - make sure you are covered for building, contents and landlord.

2. Build up a savings buffer (if you don't already have one).

3. Talk to your property manager and create a plan if your tenant/s goes into arrears.

4. The government may allow you to freeze your loan if you have lost your job and you aren't receiving any rent.

5. If your tenant/s have lost their job - make sure they know what concessions they can receive from the government.
