Hi…I’m Ben Everingham.
And I’m obsessed with helping a small number of investors build their property portfolios with confidence and achieve financial freedom each month.
Over the last 12 years I’ve personally bought and sold 17 properties & built a property portfolio that will set myself and my family up for life. As an investor I’ve bought high quality homes, managed renovations, knocked down and rebuilt properties, completed sub-divisions, built granny flats and created Airbnbs.
I’ve made a lot of mistakes and learnt a lot of lessons the hard way. Looking back, these mistakes have made me the investor I am today. As a business we’ve helped our clients buy over $450,000,000 worth of investment property in South East Queensland.
